**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Relations**:Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**:Implementing performance review procedures, providing feedback, and developing training programs.
- **HR Strategy**:Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Training and Development**:Assessing training needs, coordinating training programs, and promoting employee development.
- **Employee Engagement**:Creating and implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in HR management and administration.
- Ability to multitask, independent, resourceful and well organized. Positive attitude on taking on challenges and issues.
- Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
