Tanggungjawab Utama
1. HR Operations
Menyimpan dan mengurus fail pekerja, rekod kehadiran, cuti dan disiplin.
Menyediakan dan mengemaskini polisi HR, SOP dan handbook syarikat.
Memastikan pematuhan kepada undang-undang buruh (EA, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
2. Payroll Support
Mengumpul data kehadiran, OT, claim dan elaun untuk proses payroll.
Menyemak slip gaji, statutory contribution dan laporan bulanan.
3. Employee Relations
Menjadi focal point untuk aduan pekerja & isu dalaman.
Membantu menyelesaikan konflik dan memastikan suasana kerja yang sihat.
Merancang aktiviti engagement seperti team building, event dalaman, KPI review.
4. Recruitment & Hiring
Menguruskan keseluruhan proses recruitment (iklan jawatan, screening, interview, offer letter).
Menyusun dan mengemaskini Job Description setiap jabatan.
Menguruskan onboarding staff baru (induction, dokumentasi, training asas).
5. Performance & Training
Mengurus proses KPI, appraisal dan probation review.
Kenal pasti keperluan training dan mengatur latihan untuk staff.
Pantau improvement selepas training.
Kelayakan
Minimum Diploma/Degree dalam Human Resource / Business Admin atau bidang berkaitan.
Pengalaman 1–3 tahun dalam HR (fresh grad boleh apply jika ada asas HR).
Mempunyai pengetahuan asas EA 1955, EPF, SOCSO & undang-undang buruh.
Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik & mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
Kemahiran komputer: Google Workspace / MS Office / HR system.

Penyelesai masalah dan cepat adapt.
