  • Update and monitor Staff Annual & Medical Leave
  • Update and monitor Staff Attendance
  • Monitor and update Staff Information
  • Administration of office matters
  • To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time

Qualifications

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all level staff and departments
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be an advantage
  • Must have good communications and interpersonal skill
  • Must have working computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work independently, resourcefully and possess problem solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
