**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the **full range of operational and administrative activities in E-commerce marketplaces** (Shopee & Lazada, etc).
- **Day to day e-commerce operations**including uploading of new product, pricing, stock inventory level, system maintenance, set up promotion & campaign, and ensure completeness of data.
- **Work closely with clients** to keep their account up to date.
- **Update online stores and manage website content**such as product thumbnail, web banner, stock level, price and product details.
- **Managing and executing online promotional campaigns,** such as 11.11, 9.9, 8.8.
- Assist the E-Commerce Department to **spearhead the strategic development of clients’ eCommerce business**, including developing the brands and marketplace strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- **Work with the team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies**for growth, engagement, promotion, and conversion.
- **Generate performance reports and analyze data**to improve sales and marketing strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
- Experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus.
- Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
