Responsible:

- Assist & Manage to E-Commerce Shop(s).
- Monitor, Control and manage the e-commerce system and market place system.
- Organising promotions, liaising with shipping companies and making advertising decisions.
- Monitor the products and pricing at the E- Commerce website and marketplace.
- Order management (generate reports and check payment status periodically).
- Responds to all customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve all inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 2 years experiences in E-Commerce platform or marketplace such as LAZADA and Shopee
- Passion in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Independent, self
- motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Melayu
- Possess own transport
- Willing to work in Damansara Perdana
- Able to work under minimum supervision and self-motivated

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E commerce: 1 year (required)
