Marketing Manager

Tian Si Jewellery is trading of gold, white gold and silver jewellery which was founded on year 2010. The first retail outlet was opened in Johor Bahru shopping mall Giant Hypermarket Plentong with only 5 employees.

6 years later, Tian Si Jewellery expanded their existing retail store from 1 shop lot to 2 shop lots in the shopping mall. In the same year, Tian Si Jewellery opened their second outlet at Mydin Mall Taman Rinting.

Today, Tian Si Jewellery has 4 retail outlets in Johor Bahru with more than 30 experienced staff ready to provide professional service and deliver great customer experience. Not only service, Tian Si Jewellery also introduced new 3D design service in their retail outlet for customer to customise their unique jewellery.

**The marketing manager leads the retail marketing team in developing promotional campaigns to enhance the products' brand images to the market and reach the target audience. They also handle the budget and resource allocation for the project plans and ensure that the outputs meet the quality standards and deadlines.**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position reports to Director & Consultant.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring all digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
- Represent marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and customer support.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns with the senior management team.
- Analyzing market trends, and reviewing current marketing campaigns for better improvement.
- Promoting the brand at trade shows or any major industry-related events.
- Create a loyalty campaign to penetrate existing customers in order to reduce churn.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Updating management on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Working closely with agencies & media partners on any marketing campaigns.
- Brand Building and Marketing Management - Develop annual brand plans and owns the execution of all consumer marketing strategies and campaigns in Malaysia.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting - Gather and update competitors' activities (pricing, promotion, positioning, activations, etc.).
- Develop effective marketing strategies to drive in-store and online store traffic, increase sales & profit, and improve brand awareness and affinity.
- Create and execute communications campaigns, promotions & events, retail training and selling kits, PR, social media, and digital assets.
- Manage and handle collaboration between Tiansi and other Companies to Development marketing, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking, and reporting as necessary.
- Coordinate all Company’s marketing planning, production, and activities.
- Deliver monthly reporting to ensure strategy deployment is on track, and achieve KPI, ROI, and mitigation if required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have experience in digital and online marketing.
- Ability to handle offline events.
- Ability to manage social media accounts (Facebook, Tik Tok, etc).
- Possess pleasant and outgoing personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and results orientated with ability to work under pressure.
- Involve in the execution and implementation of Digital Marketing activities.
- Manage Website and Partner Marketing Channels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Good in writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM8,000 - RM10,000 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
75, Jalan Austin Heights 3, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
