**Inside Sales Representative**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing accurate quotes for our ICT solutions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Sales & Marketing of ICT Solutions**: Promote ICT products and identify new business opportunities.
- ** Sales Targets & Account Management**: Meet sales targets and manage accounts for growth.
- ** Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**: Understand customer needs and build strong client relationships.
- ** Quotation & Order Management**: Prepare quotes and oversee the entire order process.
- ** Collaboration & Reporting**: Ensure a smooth sales process and maintain accurate CRM records.
- ** Market Research & Lead Generation**: Research potential accounts and generate new sales leads.
- ** Additional Responsibilities**: Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree qualification, with 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
