**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge in Building Contracts and good eye for details.
- Able to work independently in fast paced working environment

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc.
- Constantly source for new materials, suppliers and update pricing. Place order for materials when required and monitoring materials delivery.
- Ensure all the project budget and construction costs are controlled within the budget.
- Coordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Responsible for QS operation of projects related to QS task, prepare & monitor bills of quantities, material sourcing, cost estimation & etc.
- Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, site managers, site engineers and related other parties involved in the project.
- Responsible for project/ tender quotation preparation
- Responsible for monthly progress claim
- Responsible for Internal audit for site material and works.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, main-con, sub-con and project team
- Attend tender interview, site meeting, site inspection or any other meeting related to QS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
