- Organizing and delivering training sessions.
- Supporting employee career development and succession planning.

4. Employee Relations:

- Addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Managing disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

5. Compliance and Legal:

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Staying updated on legal changes and best practices in HR.

6. HR Administration:

- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Managing HR information systems and technology.
- Preparing reports and analyzing HR data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
