**About The Industry**: The Industry is a newly opening bar in the heart of The 5 Damansara, set to bring a vibrant and contemporary experience to the local nightlife scene. We're looking for passionate, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our team and help create a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere for our guests.

**Job Summary**: As a Floor Crew member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the bar’s cleanliness, and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for patrons. You will work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain the highest standards of service, and contribute to the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service to guests by greeting, seating, and assisting them with menu choices.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including wiping down tables, collecting glasses, and ensuring the floor is clear of debris.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts.
- Ensure the bar and lounge areas are well-stocked and ready for guests at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure guest orders are handled promptly and accurately.
- Monitor guests' needs and make sure they have an enjoyable experience throughout their visit.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Help manage crowd flow and seating arrangements, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, or the willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
