Accountabilities: 1. Assist in the process of identifying skill gaps in selected sectors and industries by gathering information of recommendation courses/ projects from key industrial players. 2. Assist in the development plan of skills framework (documentation and framework template) based on the nature of targeted industry. 3. Assist in the process of identifying skills / competency requirements of the industry in relation to the in-coming, existing and out-going technology 4. Develop the industrial skills framework to support the industrial development of sectors / sub-sectors under the PSMB Act 2001 5. Engage the industry experts / leaders / representative bodies for reliable insights on the industry / economic / technology development 6. Assist in the process of identifying specific critical skills gap and competency enhancement process to bridge the gaps 7. Assist in the validation process of Skills Framework with relevant authorities / departments / agencies / relevant industrial representatives Qualifications: 1. Degree or postgraduate qualification in any field. 2. Have good communication skills especially with external stakeholders and the industry 3. Capable of adapting to changing norm of work & completing tasks 4. Have a good record keeping skill on the industries, progress and current members 5. Good coordination skills for meetings and workshop arrangements.
