Business Development Executive(Solar Industry)

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR/JUNIOR**
**Responsibilities**
- Must able to communicate Mandarin fluently with our client.
- Develop new relationship in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Develop a viable solar (and storage in certain jurisdiction) offering.
- Build company credentials towards financing institutions and solar PV projects investors and attaining bankability status in major banks.
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success.
- Identify, develop and maintaining relationships with strategic partners in the region.
- Work together with Sales team to turn prospective leads into long-term clients.
- Establish relationships with local government and other industry stakeholder (utilities, Dept. of Energy, industry associations)
- Identify timely new opportunities in the form of the tenders and RFQs, work on submission and attraction of the right partners.
- Scout new market and identify new business opportunities, propose and execute market entry modes.
- Support clients on obtain project financing and facilitate banks
- clients introductions.
- Provide timely market intelligence (projects, trends, competitor’s activities, prices) to support Headquarters and regional Sales team.
- Take on ad-hoc projects as instructed by the Headquarters.
- Travel frequently to visit clients and attend exhibitions and conferences.
- To develop new business and see that these opportunities are pursued to their maximum potential.
- Develop strong working relationships with the project’s funders and its Investment Managers.
- To develop strong external relationships with key stakeholders throughout the market.
- To oversee PR, lobbying and marketing activities.
- Manage the Legal and Technical Due Diligence process with the support of the legal and technical teams.
- Negotiate the relevant project contact NDA, Exclusivity, Lease, PPA, SPA, and EPC.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication /Marketing Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in B2B industry in BD or other commercial function with focus on a designated region, with at least 2 years of works experience in energy-related sector, preferably PV.
- Experience working in cross
- functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to convert facts into insights.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, Savvy PowerPoint user.
- Persuasive communicator.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal oriented.
