- At least 1 year experience in outbound or telemarketing
- Familiar with CRM system
- Good communication in English

**Jobscope**:

- Responsible for negotiating customer options and retaining current subscribers
- Taking ownership of customers' concerns while ensuring prompt and proper follow-ups.
- Educating customers on competitive pricing and assisting the customer in comparing competitive services.
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on program benefits, promotions, and any updates related to the loyalty program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute loyalty initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
