Mgr Content Development

**Job Description**:
This role is to drive the business strategy and content proposition of the Malay channels to achieve key business KPIs across channels and on demand performance. This role will be responsible for all in-house productions (IHP) and commissioning production with production houses. This includes budgets, content concepts and production executions.

Area of Responsibilities

1. To strategixe with AGM & GM of unifi TV Content on total commissioned content production annually to meet the set strategies of unit for content of unifi TV (Malay channels)

2. To strategixe with AGM & GM of unifi TV Content on total commissioned content production annually to meet the set strategies of unit for content of unifi TV (Malay channels).

3. Manage total commissioned content production budget.

4. Strategize and develop new concept/ideation for unifi TV (Malay channels) content.

5. Work with all production houses, vendors to ensure all channel requirements are met (commissioning).

6. Lead and guide all direct reports on all production related matters.

7. Assist the curation of content brands for On Demand, Linear and OTT to ensure optimum content discoverability and increase content demand and consumption across all unifi TV services and platform. - Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure against all formalities and conditions are adequately being adhered by the concerned departments.

8. Manage and guide all commissioned productions from unifi TV.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years in Minimum 10 years industry experience working in the related fields of creative content creation/development and TV/Film production. Established networks and relationships with local content creation & production partners.
