**MAIN TASK AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**1. Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment, accuracy, and smooth coordination of stock movements and shipments.

**2. Vendor Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery terms to meet company standards.

**3. Purchasing**:Plan and execute the purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and MRO items while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.

**4. Logistics and Distribution**:Oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and deliveries to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and timely logistics operations.

**5. Data and Reporting**:Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand, improve performance, and prepare reports for management review.

**6. Compliance and Confidentiality**:Ensure all activities comply with legal, safety, and company standards while handling sensitive information with integrity.

**7. Process Improvement and Cost Control**: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve efficiency while supporting strategic plans to optimize profitability and performance.

**8. Team Leadership and Development**:Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to achieve goals.

**9.** **HR and Employee Development**:Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development to build a capable and motivated team while ensuring management practices and disciplinary actions align with company policies and standards.

- **Communication and Negotiation**: Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and management, along with strong negotiation abilities to achieve favourable terms and outcomes.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management**: Experience in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality standards and timely deliveries.
- **Leadership and Team Management**: Skills in supervising, motivating, and developing supply chain staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**:

- **Supply Chain Management**: Ability to oversee and optimize inventory, logistics, and procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectivenessTop of FormBottom of Form.
- **ERP & Data Analysis**: Proficient in using ERP systems and data analysis tools for effective planning, tracking, and decision-making.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
