**Company Overview**
The company was established in 1991 and is principally involved in the manufacturing of component parts for the air conditioning industry and specializing in the fabrication of a wide range of Copper Tube Components, Blowers & Fans and Heat Exchanger Coils. The Company specializes in fabricating Multi-Bend Tubes, all types of Swaged and Expanded Tubes and Brazed Tubes in accordance to customer’s specifications and also produces Accumulators, Strainers, Twin Tube Joints, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the manufacturing plan to set priority and alignment for tasks and scope as needed to balance workload for drawings & related technical specs to meet customer order
- Lead, guide and monitor engineers & technicians' work
- Interface between design team & manufacturing
- Support engineers on concept development and design issue & solution for pre-production and manufacturing process.
- New products development as per request
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets
- Hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Design or R&D department in HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration) related experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks, lead, coach, and mentor technical & sales team
- CAD /Solidwork knowledge
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial attitude with desire to learn and expand your knowledge and capability
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Advance time management skills
- Willing to work in Shah Alam
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
