Job Title**:Customer service; Non Voice - QA**

Shift**:Rotational Working hour 7am-11pm** (Earliest Shift is 7am, Latest shift will end at 11pm)
**Role Highlights**:
- Support Taiwan market (**Traditional Mandarin - strong written & spoken**)
- Rotational shifts (7 AM-11 PM), 2 off days/week
- WFH option after 3 months (performance-based)
- Salary**:MYR 4,800 - 5,600**
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year QA experience (BPO exp. a plus)
- Diploma & above (SPM + BPO exp. accepted)
