We are looking for an experienced **Facilities Manager **to oversee warehouse-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Reporting to the Operation Manager you will be responsible to coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget for various sites in Malaysia.

**Essentials Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Achievement of performance targets on hard services contracts, including client KPI’s, and Organizations quality standards
- Ensure that all Facility equipment and systems are in operating order to support the Base Operations
- Ensure that all maintenance programs and documentation systems for Facility support equipment are in compliance.
- Ensure that all required parts for replacements and service contracts for Facility support equipment are available
- Achieve section financial objectives relative to budgets and spending and implementing short
- and long-range strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize effective use of the product and available inventory.
- Energy and utility supply and demand management. Additional focus in identifying opportunities for improvements
- Manage and maintain facility Security services and systems
- Manage and maintain facility Housekeeping and Landscaping services
- Manage and, maintain facility EHS and waste management services and systems
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors
- Assist in delivering training for FM Operations, Asset Management, and CMMS, including performing Training Needs Analysis
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendor
**Key Skills and **Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering for technical project managers with minimum of 5 years of experience in the Facility Management industry
- Certificate in Charge-man Competency will be an added advantage
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
We are looking for Facilties Manager at several sites: Pulau Indah, Kuala Lumpur, Kemaman, Labuan, Kulim, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
