**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the administrative team in day-to-day tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and general office organization
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, and interoffice communications
- Refill staff refreshment
- Assisting in the planning of company events
- Assist prepare new hire orientation document & badge & finger ID
- Assist in ensuring relevant employee attends internal training.
- Set up meeting room for training/meeting/customer visit
- Update clinic chit every week-Distribute locker, uniform, and shoes to employee upon confirmation
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to work on Saturdays and based in Nibong Tebal
- Computer literacy & proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Organize, able to work independently and as a team, able to take own initiatives, and able to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
