Administration & Sales assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales and operations teams. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy multitasking, and have excellent administrative skills, this role is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication & Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and the sales team to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager and sales teams (both outdoor and indoor) to ensure smooth project transitions and timely delivery.
- Coordinate sales processes between teams, ensuring proper documentation and seamless collaboration.
2. Administrative Support:
- Prepare accurate quotations using Excel or Word and handle submissions for project tenders.
- Compile and manage site reports from the outdoor sales team.
- Handle simple accounting tasks, filing, and stock ordering.
- Organize schedules for site teams and manage travel arrangements.
3. Documentation & Tools:
- Maintain proper documentation and records for sales and projects.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, quotations, and presentations.

- Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Support sales, operations, and site teams by addressing issues immediately and ensuring proper follow-through.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Proactive, energetic, responsible, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency towards task completion.
- Able to work under a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment.
- Must be computer literate (MS Word/Excel).
- Able to start work immediately
Pay: RM1,500 - RM1,700 per month
