**VACANCY: 1 (MALE/FEMALE)**
**SALARY: RM 2,500 (BASIC) + RM200 (TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE)**
**#MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION**
Job description:
- Professional administrative & co-ordination support for clients
- Prepare essential documentation
- Maintenance of records and filing
- Record and update trainee data and other relevant information
- Prepare business proposal
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements and Qualifications
- Preferably with **1-2 years experience** as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or in other similar position
- **Education: Bachelor's (Any Field) Preferred**.
- Knowledge of office management systems.
- Proficiency in **English** & **Bahasa Melayu**:
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Pleasant personality with excellent task organizing skills.
- Current in today's office technology, and computer software including MS Office (**Excel, Word & Power point**).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
- Experienced in liaising with Government Departments
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
