**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Manager at Tune Hotel KLIA2 is responsible for overseeing all hotel maintenance operations, ensuring the property’s systems, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and running efficiently. This role includes supervising the maintenance team, planning preventive maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the hotel’s maintenance operations, covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Develop and execute **preventive and corrective maintenance plans**.
- Supervise, train, and schedule the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Oversee and liaise with external contractors for specialized work.
- Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and environmental standards**.
- Manage departmental budgets and track maintenance expenses.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize guest inconvenience.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security to maintain smooth hotel operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum **3-5 years of hotel maintenance experience**, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical).
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on and proactive in maintenance operations.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
