Overview

The IT Business Partner (ITBP) is responsible for managing strategic relationship between Business & Corporate Banking (BCB), Global Markets (GM) and Group Technology (GT). To drive business strategy and technology to meet organizational needs and objectives. This includes reviewing future trends and identifying potential business partners for collaboration.

Job Responsibilities- Act as primary liaison between GT and business heads, provide strategic guidance on IT initiatives and maintain alignment with business priorities.- Oversee the development and implementation of technology roadmap and strategies to align with the company’s overall objectives.- Collaborate with Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Program Management functions to understand strategic organizational directions and overall technology capacity related to business priorities- Oversee IT projects and initiatives within BCB & GM to drive transformation, enhance operational efficiency and improve overall business performance. To navigate governance, budget and change management.- Oversee the implementation of relevant technology policies, standards, and procedures to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, or other related fields from established tertiary education providers.- Excellent command of spoken and written English.- Minimum 10 years and above of experience in managerial experience in IT functions in the Financial Services industry, preferably in the Banking industry, with strong and proven management experience at a strategic level.
