Jewellery Sales Advisor

**Role & Responsibilities**

Being a Brand Ambassador and business leader of your boutiques in Asia Pacific, you will be a role model living out the values of our client’s company to the team and our clients.

You will be responsible in driving sales performance, business profitability, and client service excellence across your markets. Your role also involves daily operational matters and working cross-functionally to achieve the best outcomes.

**SALES PERFORMANCE**
- Achieve sales targets (Individual target, pool target)
- Achieve personal sales KPIs: Unit Per Transaction (UPT), Sales Per Transaction (SPT)

**CLIENT SERVICE EXCELLENCE**
- Provide luxury and professional client service to all clients.
- Assist in handling client complaints and process quality inspection, under supervision of boutique supervisor.
- Proactively acquire new clients to our client’s company database, with client information and purchase preferences captured accurately.
- Keep the boutique clean, neat and tidy at all times.
- Ensure visual merchandising is clean and displayed neatly at all times.

**BRAND & BOUTIQUE IMAGE**

Work closely with Visual Merchandising to maintain a high level of brand image and client service experience. Exploring ways to improve and addressing needs in a timely manner.

**INVENTORY MANAGEMENT**
- Assist in inventory management (packing of stocks, stock count).
- Able to perform basic Point-of-Sale functions (i.e. check stocks, receiving of stocks, CRM).

**PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Good knowledge in luxury retail, jewellery experience will be an advantage.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Results-driven, analytical, and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude, reliable with a strong sense of responsibility, able to multi-task and with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to lead and work together as a team in ensuring a positive culture for staff, and in delivering on client excellence.

**Career progression & opportunities**
- Company will provide training, will review their performance and promote to Senior Jewellery Advisor

**Work arrangements**

No. fixed working hour as below:

- Morning shift: 9:30am to 7:30pm
- Afternoon shift: 12:15pm to 10:15pm
- Full shift with 2 hours OT claim: 9:30am to 10:15pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
