Basic Salary: RM4000 - RM6000

Working Hours: 9.30am-6.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Work Remotely (Work from Home)

Job Scope:
Client Corporate Secretarial Matters Execution (80%)

1.
- In charge of all client corporate secretarial matters execution (both listed and non-listed companies) in accordance with the Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing Manual and Code of Corporate Governance.

2.
- To handle corporate secretarial jobs from incorporation, bank account opening assistance, auditor liaison, attending director & board meetings, strike off to liquidation end-to-end.

Internal Corporate Secretarial Team Development (20%)

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years+ of related working experience with qualification in any discipline

- Prior experience handling Singapore companies

- Growth focus, positive mentality, looking for breakthrough in strategy, processes or structures.

- Self-motivated and can-do attitude. Strong involvement is expected across functions.

9.
- Experience in small but high-growth team is a plus.

10.
- Direct client liaison experience is compulsory

11.
- Experience in outsourcing environment is a must.

12.
- A professional certificate such as ICSA is an advantage but not compulsory.

13.
- Experience in Financial Institutions and in both Singapore and Malaysia companies a strong advantage.

14.
- Work from home and interacting with other remote professionals in Singapore and the region.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
