**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize board meetings and prepare minutes, resolutions, and records.
- Maintain and update company records and statutory registers.
- File required documents with government bodies (e.g., company updates, annual returns).
- Ensure the company follows all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in corporate and compliance requirements and update the team.
- Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- Company Secretary qualification or relevant experience (e.g., ICSA, CS).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good communication and writing skills.
**Salary Range: MYR 3,000 - 4,000**
**Location: Skudai, Johor**
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
