TENDER & PROCUMENT MANAGER

Location : Shah Alam

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Able to calculate cost of construction for project tendering (Pre-Contract) & (Post-Contract)based on the tender drawings and documents
- Attend tender interviews and assist the Management in tender presentations
- Knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications and drawings
- Knowledge in claims preparation and final claims to Architects / Clients preparation and final payments
- Knowledge to evaluate and recommend regularly sub-contractors' interim and final claims
- Responsible for pre/post contract negotiations, cost planning, procurement support and contract administration;
- Preparation for tender and contract documents, measurement of variations and measurements for bill of quantities;
- Prepare and submit progressive claims to clients within specific time frame, payment collections and final accounts settlement;
- Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on site and verify sub-contractor’s monthly claim;
- To liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and other parties involved in all contractual related issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 20 years of working experience
- Posses high integrity, matured with strong negotiation and inter-personal skill
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Independent and resourceful
- Applicants must be willing to pay visit to Project Site frequently

**Salary**: From RM9,000.00 per month
