Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operational daily work
- Prepare and submit customs forms (e.g., K1, K2, K3, ZB1, ZB2, etc) for import and export shipments
- Ensure that all documentation comply with Malaysian customs laws and regulations
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents and data entry that all data entry and submission paperwork is complete and accurate and timely submission
- Handle execution of import & export documentation for global shipments
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and coordinate with internal department
- Any other responsibility as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum diploma/ Bachelor degree qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or any field
- At least 2-4 years relevant working experience in customs declaration
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (verbal and written)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
