Officer - Reservation & Chauffeur Support

**Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:
- Monitor and support booking, reservation under chauffeur service Check availability of fleet and sales agent upon enquiry.
- Oversee the day to day management of the chauffeur unit, ensuring drivers are assigned job efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
- Manage a diverse pool of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and service protocols.
- Provide support, guidance, and motivation to maintain high morale.
- To communicate closely with reservation department and retail stations for booking enquiry and fleet availability to ensure smooth communication between the office, drivers and clients, optimizing scheduling and bookings.
- Act as point of contact for customer enquiries related to the chauffeur service, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
- Support the manager in ensuring drivers are well-trained in customer service, driving and grooming standards.
- Track driver performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges related to the chauffeur service.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the manager on the performance and progress of the chauffeur unit.
- Participating in exhibitions, events, networking, conferences, meetings, and industry events in order to expand business opportunities and enhance products and services.
- Accountable to any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in customer service, with prior experience in managing people and operations in a service-oriented environment. Experience in chauffeur or transport service is a plus.
- Strong people management abilities, particularly in working with and motivating people such as drivers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and employees at all levels.
- Possess a customer-first attitude and the ability to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Familiarity with chauffeur services, including industry standards, customer expectations and operational logistics.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
