**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media to manage our social media accounts and grow our brand presence across platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies, creating content, managing posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to align with our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities to engage.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build strong online communities.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotions, launches, and events.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices to optimize strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation (if applicable).
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, or KOLs for collaborative campaigns (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive/Specialist/Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, insights, and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive strategic insights.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
