**D&B Inno Tech Sdn Bhd** is seeking a motivated and reliable Admin Clerk (SheetMetal Works Company ) to join our growing team.
- Provide admin support and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in implementing quality and safety procedures.
- Input data and information accurately within specified timeframes.
- Liaise with clients and coordinate inspection arrangements.
- Manage quality-related documents, including Material Reports, Fit-up Reports, Welding Visual Reports, and NDT Reports.
- Coordinate with logistics suppliers on packing list issuance and arrange transportation for export shipments.
- Maintain document control and ensure engineering drawings are updated on the server.
- Schedule meetings and record minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, track, and maintain records of spare parts and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills and computer literacy are required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus
- Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
