**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Full-Set Accounts Management: Handle full-set accounts and month-end and year-end closing, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, timely vendor payments, customer collections, and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
- Statutory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Malaysian Accounting and Tax statutory requirements.
- Liaison with External Parties: Point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
- Any ad-hoc task assignment by the superior.

**Job & Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- 3+ years in full-set accounting, with a background in audit preferred for statutory compliance expertise.
- Experience in Monitor ERP is an advantage.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong focus on precision in financial records and reporting to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Effective interpersonal skills to liaise with auditors, tax agents, secretaries, and team members.
- Proactive & willing to learn attitude

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
