Junior Admin Receptionist Intern

What You’ll Do
- Welcome visitors and clients, manage front desk reception.
- Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling, documents).
- Support the HR/Operations team with daily office needs.
- Prepare simple reports and meeting notes when required.
- Help out during company events, meetings, and CSR activities.
Who You Are
- Currently studying Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, Office Management, or related field.
- Good communication skills in English (BM/Mandarin a plus).
- Polite, friendly, and well-presented.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
