Admin Officer/ Executive

To support daily warehouse activities including incoming, outgoing, invoicing and stock inventory.
- Perform administrative duties, eg employee's attendance, monthly stationery /refreshment order, and etc.
- Data entry and documentation filings
- Ensure the work in the operational department is orderly and smooth
- To conduct stock count as at when required.
- Perform other task as required by the Management and other job-related functions as at when required.
- To provide training for new store clerk and supervise on daily office operation
- To support salesperson to improve daily productivity
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma/ degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
- Good communication in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in NAV or SAP will be an advantage
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
