1.To be stationed at the main lobby of the hospital and /or at other location as assigned.
2.To greet and welcome customers and if necessary help the patient to open the car doors.
3.To ensure that the patients / visitors / guests enquiries are being attended to promptly and to provide appropriate assistance and direction.
4.To provide assistance to invalid / ill customers.
5.To accompany patient to the ward when patient is admitted and during discharge as assigned.
6.To assist the Accident & Emergency and as when necessary.
7.To shuttle (send / fetch) patients for ancillary services within the hospital.
8.To assist internal documents distribution in the absence of the despatch rider.
9.To maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
10.To be on-call as and when required.
To perform any other reasonable duties as and when assigned by the Management.
