Support Malaysia Solutions & Business Development team in driving best practices in the IFM sales process with ultimate aim of achieving new business target for each financial year and building sufficient pipeline for the financial year.

Accountabilities
To assist Engineering Manager to supervised and monitor a team in-house technicians and service providers to ensure the M&E installations and services maintained in good operational conditions.
Carry out inspection and record reading energy consumption on the HT and LV panel.
Carry out maintenance work at HT and LV installation and troubleshoot any breakdown.
To do switching ON of HT and LV installation up to 11KV.
Carry out testing of generator set.
Assist to oversee the M&E and Fire Protection System.
To maintain all mechanical’s electrical control panel.
Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan
Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routine.
Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy
Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues
Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access
Uninterrupted site operations
To ensure that the electrical installation are in functional order by conducting frequent inspection and report to Operation & Engineering Manager.
To test the building generator system weekly to ensure that in good working condition and ensure that the diesel oil fuel tank level is maintained.
To conduct checks weekly on the water pumps, motor and other electrical/mechanical equipment.
To submit daily work sheet and checklist to Operation & Engineering Manager.
To attend and follow-up on complaints that made by the building occupants in the building related to air-conditioning, plumbing and other building M & E related matter in the building.
To liaise with visiting consultant Engineer on the by weekly inspection.
To attend and follow up to all complaints made by the tenants related to air-cond and M & E Services on repair and Maintenance issues to meet tenants’ expectations.
To addressed and rectified timely within 24 hours or else report to immediate superior (Operation & Engineering Manager)
To assist and to guide Facilities Team in carry out general facilities services as and when required
To assist in the Building’s yearly fire drill and with ERT Team.
Calling of competitive quotes from contractors for rectification of defects including seeking approval to award contracts and supervision of such works till completion.
100% compliance of site to key client and APM audits
Meet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targets
Continuously improving service
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Know each Contractor’s deliverables and supervise those.
Provide feedback and support for the monthly Contractor meetings and reviews

**Requirements**:
Must possess HT/11KV competency chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
Certified Energy Manager an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
