Reporting to the Head of Operations EAP, the Supply Planner EAP will centralize material sourcing for countries supported by the Distribution Center in Asia, ensuring seamless coordination with each country to fulfill their specific material requirements. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be responsible for: - Provide comprehensive support for the EAP countries in all aspects of material logistics - Monitor and optimize stock levels for all Doka items, ensuring availability at the lowest possible cost while maintaining efficient inventory levels - Drive and implement inventory optimization initiatives to reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory - Manage and assert accurate demand and supply signals within the EAP countries to ensure reliable, realistic, and cost-effective material replenishment and release - Serve as the first point of contact for country logistics support - Lead weekly replenishment activities for assigned country organizations through a 2-tier process - Assess demand accuracy, challenge discrepancies, and release manually placed IC POs in Discos II - Oversee material exchanges within the EAP area, ensuring area stocks are utilized before sourcing additional material from IC outside of the EAP region, DPR, or external suppliers - Initiate replenishment and source materials from outside the EAP area when necessary - Approve external purchases of Doka standard items after evaluating the availability of cost-effective IC sourcing alternatives (e.g., D3, couplers, Framini, etc.) - Monitor and escalate any issues regarding material availability from DPR or non-release from IC - Manage bottlenecks and ensure that allocated area quantities are consumed optimally, coordinating with EAP countries and other regions in the event of shortages - Review and analyze "Prioritized Supply Actions" for EAP countries, suggesting reductions, cancellations, or challenging non-cancellations where applicable - Oversee pending IC purchase orders and collaborate with countries to ensure timely shipment of ordered materials - Ensure the accuracy and relevance of master data for EAP countries in RapidResponse (e.g., safety stocks) - Execute availability requests from both countries and the export business, ensuring seamless coordination - Drive improvements in relevant software tools, such as RapidResponse, to enhance efficiency - Support the continuous improvement of processes, sharing best practices across the organization - Implement and uphold group-wide standards and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency - Ensure transparent reporting related to materials logistics, including management of the Power BI Logistics Dashboard - Coordinate closely with the Area Operations team (CMO and YOP/QM) and Procurement to align goals and optimize operations - Establish and maintain efficient communication channels between countries and the Distribution Center (DC) to facilitate seamless scheduling and continuous data quality improvements - Optimize stock levels within the supply area by balancing surplus material and demand to ensure Doka clients’ material needs are met efficiently - Implement strategic actions to address slow-moving inventory and collaborate with the Yard Operations team of the DC to optimize capacity - Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HQ, regional teams, and country organizations, on a range of projects and initiatives to drive overall success - Undertake any other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations - Minimum of three years’ e
