We’re looking for an **E-Commerce Executive** who’s ready to take full ownership of one of Aihome’s online channels, optimise performance, and implement strategies that drive measurable results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the end-to-end operations of an assigned e-commerce platform, including listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, ROI, and gross profit growth.
- Build and strengthen brand awareness through effective online campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Monitor platform algorithms, competitor activities, and e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Achieve KPIs tied to platform growth and profitability**, with opportunities for **profit-sharing based on results**.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales tactics, and platform algorithms.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with focus on ROI, gross profit, and sales performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about technology, branding, and smart living solutions.
