The Role: Customer Careline Agent

Locations Available:
Jalan Timur, Petaling Jaya

Dua Sentral, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, KL

Working Hours

1. Mon-Fri: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

2. Sat/Sun/Public Holidays: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

3. 5 Days Work / 2 Days Off (Rotational)

What You’ll Get

- Monthly Allowance: RM300

Your Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Assist with inquiries, billing, reconnections & metering
- Process payments (manual & repost)
- Coordinate smart meter support
- Offer energy-saving tips
- Handle complaints with care and professionalism
- Support customers during service disruptions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
