What is your mission?
- Define and develop the policy of Group Compensation and Benefits.
- Define, develop, and enhance the Goal Setting and Performance Management Framework.
- Administer and facilitate annual compensation benchmarking exercise and analysis of market data.
- Advisory Group Role to Business Human Capital and Business units on the compensation/ total reward policies/ rewards programs.
- Track and perform audit check on the implementation of compensations and benefits programs.
- Drive digital initiatives on the Compensation and Benefits.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?
- Preferable with 5 to 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in Global and Regional Structure.
- Sound working knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Possess a solid technical grasp of HR policies, analytical thinking, and logic reasoning.
- Attention to detail and demonstrate high level of numeracy.
- Strong ability in analysing data, identity issues and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
