a leading online platform dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our users. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Content Moderator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets our platform's guidelines and standards
- Identify and remove offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to hate speech, violence, and nudity
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor trends and patterns in user-generated content to improve moderation processes
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of content quality and user safety
- Provide feedback to the team on moderation policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
- Familiarity with online moderation tools and platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding online content moderation is a plus
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred

Pay: RM2,197.00 - RM6,333.08 per month
