**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the clients on requirements, scopes or objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to translate these requirements into functional solutions
- Collect, analyse, and summarise information and trends to prepare project status reports
- Ensure clients are kept fully informed of developments/progress relating to issues raised
- Participate in project meetings with internal teams or with clients while providing continuous support in preparing project related documentations, as well as assisting in the supervision of ongoing projects
- Work closely with relevant department in managing project activities on daily basis.
- Provide support role in preparing and reviewing project proposals, reports, meeting minutes or other documentations related to projects.
- Assist in the supervision of current projects assigned by the management and coordinate with team members to ensure workflow is on track
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to other staff members or departments as needed to maintain or improve overall performance and work efficiency.

**Salary**: RM3,502.89 - RM8,884.39 per month
