**The Job**:
- Initiate, coordinate internally, with vendors and contractors on execution of renovation and upgrading projects of retail stores.
- Developing detailed project plan/schedule, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors.
- Responsible to track progress, resolve, report and escalate to management as required.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree with at least 1-2 years of proven working experience as a project administrator in the retail industry.
- Preferably designer specialized in interior design, interior architecture, interior design technology or equivalent.
- Experience in managing interior fit out project especially in commercial and office design and build.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Working knowledge of interior fit out of a retail store in a shopping mall and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with furniture, finishes, and materials.
- Required Skill(s): project management, interior design, planning, supervising.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Site Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
