RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are consistently met while proactively managing risks and issues.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, aligning implementation strategies with customer goals and ensuring a seamless, positive project experience.
  • Provide clear, data-driven project updates and lead key discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis.
  • Manage customer concerns, secure project acceptance through the Certificate of Acceptance process, and facilitate billing accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • 7–10 years of project management and client engagement experience, ideally within telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple clients, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven problem-solving capability with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams and providing clear, strategic stakeholder reporting.
