Project managers ensure that a project is completed on time, within budget, and that its objectives are met. They oversee the project, manage the team, ensure the most efficient resources are used and ensure that all parties involved are satisfied.

1. **Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project timelines, work schedules, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project readiness.

**2. **Site & Technical Supervision

  • Oversee DWDM installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities.

  • Ensure work is executed in accordance with technical specifications and client standards.

  • Verify BOQ, material deliveries, and equipment availability at site.

**3. **Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as primary liaison between company and client representatives

  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

**4. **Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, method statements, and installation records.

  • Ensure accurate documentation for testing results, as-built drawings, and handover packages.

**5. **Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to project quality standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.

**6. **Cost Control & Budget Monitoring

  • Monitor project expenses against budget and report variances.

  • Support procurement planning and cost efficiency improvements.

**7. **Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring

  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and ensure performance targets are met.

  • Provide guidance and technical support to site teams and subcontractors

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
