Your new responsibilities
- Supervision of quality, safety, compliance and cost for the MLH and AMHS project
- Coordination and escalation of project decision making
- Strictly driving the timeline/milestones: scrutinizing project plans, close/daily follow up on progress, especially along the critical path, insisting on immediate corrective actions if deviations from target
- Take lead in buying off designs and plans, including value engineering
- Intensively collaborating and coordinating works with Digital Manufacturing group, IT base build contractors and MLH and AMHS suppliers.

What we look for
- Extensive experience in a semiconductor environment, being it as process or facilities engineer, or in the area of Industrial Engineering or Automation
- Extensive experience in a fab construction
- More than10 years in fab design and construction
- Several projects beyond 10' US$ construction budget size in MEP, Hookup or automation area
- Project management lead role, or comprehensive coordination role like commissioning
- Automation and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Process Facilities) is key competency
- CSA (Civil Structure & Architecture) competency is 2nd priority
- Ability to lead the team in tensed and stressful situations
