**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager will lead housekeeping and cleaning operations, manage teams, maintain inventory, and implement cleaning protocols. This role requires hands-on experience in hospitality or facility management, with a strong focus on managing high-traffic areas and ensuring a pristine environment for guests and staff alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all housekeeping and public area cleaning operations, ensuring standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures, schedules, and staff training programs.
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping teams, inspecting and maintaining high standards in guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and other public areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and ensure timely reordering as needed.
- Set and monitor KPIs related to cleaning efficiency, guest satisfaction, and operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage and report on budgetary and operational metrics, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback related to housekeeping and public area cleanliness professionally and effectively.
- Develop and enforce a maintenance schedule for cleaning equipment to ensure operational longevity and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping and public area cleaning within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
- **Other**: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
