Handle all HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, administration and etc
- Update and maintain employees' profile, including attendance and leave records
- Handle employees disputes, disciplinary problems and propose to Company an appropriate course of action.
- Handle monthly payroll and submit EPF, SOCSO + EIS and PCB to government statutory
- Plan, organise and coordinate training and development programs for employees if needed
- Foreign worker administration including liaising with government authority such as Immigration department, Embassy, prepare documents for passport or VISA renewal, arrange for FOMEMA medical check-up up to for foreign workers
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and others documents.
- Any other related work will be informed by verbal and writing if any.

Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
