**Overall Accountability**:

- Responsible for providing the highest standard of food handling and serving as well as excellent service to the customers of BTSTP Bubbles Cafe by the company’s policies and procedures in daily operations.

**Overall Responsibilities**:
1. Retail, Sales and Visual Merchandising:
1.1. Display and organize products at Bubbles Cafe.

1.2. Stocks should be replenished every morning to ensure the cleanliness of the cafe and surrounding areas is in excellent condition.

1.3. To ensure all tasks assigned are completed with satisfactory results.

1.4. To ensure all products are well organized.

1.5. Always keep updated on product knowledge (e.g., Stocks, Materials, etc.).

1.6. To perform daily and monthly stocktakes and ensure all stock movements are monitored, updated, and recorded.

2. Customer Service:
2.1 Provide the highest standard of customer service.

2.2 Always acknowledge the presence of customers. (EG: Greetings, Casual Chat, Courteous, Presentable and Friendly)

2.3 To assist and be responsible for performing food handling and serving.

2.4 To promote and upsell the products by convincing customers of our products.

2.5 To inform the Supervisor of the customer’s feedback or complaint.

2.6 To assist in other job assignments given from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
