**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying the hiring needs of our company (store level)
- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) requirements.
- Carrying out the entire recruitment process from beginning diligently.
- Crafting job requirements and descriptions for all positions in the retail department.
- Creating attractive environment and work closely with Store Manager to implement ‘Staff engagement’ at store level
- Conducting orientation, training and development programs for new hires.
- Managing employee records and payroll data of all retail staff.
- Coordinating with Store Manager and other HR professionals.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the employees
- Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback.
- Researching about the new trends and advancements in the human resources field.
- Reporting on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment
- Dealing with Legal Dept. on license renewal for store
- Manage manpower and meal supply for stock take
**Qualifications**: Diploma & Equivalent
**Relevant Work Experience**: Proven +2 years of experience working as a HR Executive (experience in Retail is an added advantages)
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
